Customer Pre-Work Checklist
Proper preparation helps us deliver the best results while protecting your property. Please review and complete the following checklist before your scheduled service.
✓ Pets
Secure pets indoors for their safety during service.
✓ Furniture and Plants
Remove patio furniture, décor, planters, and any personal items from the work area and surrounding space.
✓ Driveway/Deck Items
Clear toys, tools, grills, or other belongings from driveways, patios, and decks.
✓ Vehicles
Move all vehicles away from the work area to prevent overspray or accidental damage.
✓ Windows and Doors
Ensure all windows and doors are fully closed and sealed.
✓ Water Source
Provide access to a working exterior water spigot with a standard garden hose connection, located within 200 feet of the work area. The spigot must be functional and remain on during service.
✓ Noise and Water
Be aware that equipment generates noise and exterior surfaces will remain wet for some time after cleaning.
